Portfolio content and settings
The platform stores portfolio profile content, project details, uploaded media, custom-domain settings, subscription state, and contact-routing configuration so each portfolio can be published and managed from the dashboard.
Inquiries, analytics, and operations
When visitors use portfolio contact forms, submitted inquiry details may be stored and delivered so portfolio owners can respond. Platform analytics and operational logs may also be processed to maintain service performance and feature reliability.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses cookies or local storage for essentials such as sessions, remembered devices, theme preference, and related security or login behavior. These are used to operate the product rather than for broad ad-tech profiling.
How data is used and shared
Infrastructure providers used by the platform may process data strictly to host the application, store content, deliver email, and run account or security workflows. Data is not published publicly unless a portfolio owner explicitly makes content public.
Your choices
You can request account updates, a portfolio data export, or account deletion from the dashboard support panel or the Contact page. Include the account email and username so the request can be verified. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay for India and PayPal for international billing. ArtGridX stores subscription status and provider references, but it does not store full card or bank credentials.
