Yes. Start free and upgrade when the public site needs fewer limits.

Where do ads appear?

Free portfolios can show ads on the public site and dashboard. Every paid plan removes both public and dashboard ads.

What happens if I cancel?

The portfolio stays editable on the platform URL. Custom-domain routing, premium templates, and other paid features can stop after the active paid period ends, but your DNS records remain under your control.

Do domains include DNS setup?

The guide and verification tools are included. Paid setup help can be requested separately.

Refunds?

Refund requests are reviewed through support. Payment processor fees or already-used setup help may not be refundable.

What billing period do plans use?

Plans are monthly unless checkout says otherwise.

Where do ads appear?

Free portfolios can show public and dashboard ads. Paid plans remove them.

What changes after cancellation?

The platform URL stays editable. Paid features can stop after the paid period ends.

What happens to my domain?

You still control DNS records. ArtGridX routing depends on the active plan.

Which payment processors are used?

India uses Razorpay. International checkout uses PayPal.

How are refunds handled?

Refunds go through support. Processor fees may not be refundable.
